The purpose of this course is the effective implementation and maintenance of the management system in accordance with the changes in ISO 22000:2018 and to contribute to the continual improvement of the Management System.
This course is to provide learners with the knowledge and skills required to perform an audit of part of a food safety management system based on ISO 22000 (or equivalent) and report on the effective implementation and maintenance of the management system in accordance with ISO 19011 and to contribute to the continual improvement of the management system.
Learners who attend the full course will be issued with a “Certificate of Attendance” and dependant on the outcome of the exam a Certificate of Successful Completion.
Before starting this course, Learners are expected to have the following prior in -depth knowledge of ISO 22000: 2005 and its advisable for learner to have knowledge of Annex SL.
Anyone involved in developing, implementing and maintaining the Food Safety System based on ISO 22000 and/or FSSC 22000.
