Innovating for Peak Performance. Equip people with deeper knowledge of climate, teamwork, innovation and more creative thinking tools for problem solving and innovation, combined into a full innovation process for complex problems.

Course Description

Equip people with deeper knowledge of climate, teamwork , innovation and several creative thinking tools for problem solving and innovation that combine into a powerful full innovation process. This is ideal for solving complex problems requiring out the box thinking for brand new solutions.

Participants learn and use practical innovation tools working on real tasks that they can apply in their workplace. Facilitators guide the practical sessions in small groups to ensure tools are mastered, leaving participants confident, energised and brimming with ideas and solutions to take to the workplace. They will experience first hand the power of creative problem solving in a group.

As knowledge deepens with each type of training, embeds with more use, and each problem is unique, there is building rather than duplication when doing short courses before this one.

We can offer this course in-house as a standard product or customise it to identify the key issues and then work on specific tasks to address customers' unique challenges or opportunities.
