This course is aimed at members who would like to know how to implement, maintain, manage, verify, improve and update their FSMS. This course forms part of the SAATCA requirement for the Food Safety Lead Auditor course


Course Description

This implementing and Maintaining ISO 22000/ FSSC 22000 training course is aimed at members who are responsible for the implementation, management, maintenance, verification and improvement of their FSMS. It is based on ISO 22000, ISO/TS 22002-1 and additional requirements.


Course Outcomes

Delegates attending this course will be able to:

  • Interpret ISO 22000, ISO/TS 22002-1 and additional requirements
  • Understand roles and responsibilities within the FSMS 
  • Implement, maintain and improve a FSMS



Prerequisites

No prior learning is required, but knowledge of HACP and PRPs will be beneficial.
