Topics to be discussed during this course include food manufacturing, product development, recipe layout, quality management, nutritional analysis, profitable waste and loads more!

We’re kicking off with a bang on Monday. Our lineup starts with more than 10 food industry experts who will be sharing their insights and adventures across the South African food scene.

On Tuesday, we’re going places!
