This is an in-depth 4-day training based on the most latest version of the FSSC 22000 scheme requirements, which is version 5.1.


Course Description

This training session focuses on the implementation criteria for each clause of ISO 22000:2018 and ISO/TS 2202-1:2009 as well as the FSSC 22000 Additional Requirements.  We take a step by step approach to developing and implementing as well maintaining a food safety management system as per the FSSC 22000 scheme requirements. The course all offers document templates that can be easily adapted for use within your organization.


Course Outcomes

This training  will enable delegates to develop all the skills, knowledge and attitudes needed to develop, implement and maintain a food safety management system in accordance with FSSC 22000 requirements.


Prerequisites

A basic understanding of the concepts of Pre-requisite Programs (PRPs) as specified in ISO/TS 22002-1 and HACCP Principles

Understanding of the basic food safety terms as defined in the ISO 22000 standard.
