Course Description

SETA ACCREDITED R638 FOOD SAFETY TRAINING FOR THE PERSON IN CHARGE

 

If you are the Person in Charge of a food business, then this video-based online training course provides convenience and flexibility, whilst covering all the food safety practices as required by Regulation 638 in way which makes the learning process not only very informative but also engaging and fun. You will be supported throughout the process and equipped with supplementary information, tools, templates, links to legislation, guidelines and standards - in fact, we have packed everything we can into this course to give you as much as value as possible.

 Upon completion successful completion, you will receive a Certificate of Competence for a Skills Programme Qualification endorsed by the FoodBev SETA.
