This is our flagship course and the perfect basic food safety course for food handlers, as required by R638. Challenge your food handlers to become food safety heroes! Basic requirements for food handlers are explained in a FUN way using simple language and practical examples. 

The course can be presented in-house and the duration is less than 2 hours.  All course material, including a training video, are send to you.

This course is complemented by colourful A2 posters (available in English, isiXhosa and Afrikaans - see our website), as well as an incentive programme for workers.
