The training is based on the 2020 version of the HACCP standard.
This training focuses on the implementation criteria for each clause of the SANS 10330:2020 standard. We take a step by step approach to developing and implementing a food safety management system as per the requirements of the HACCP standard. The course also offers document templates that can be easily adapted for use within your organization.
The training will enable delegates to develop the skills, knowledge and attitude required to develop, implement and maintain a food safety management system in accordance to SANS 10330:2020 requirements.
