Day 2:

  • Control of nonconforming outputs

ISO 9001 Clause 9

  • Performance evaluation
  • Internal audit
  • Management review

ISO 9001 Clause 10

  • Improvement
  • Nonconformity and corrective action

Day 3:

ISO 9001 Clause 6

Planning

  • Actions to address risks and opportunities
  • Quality objectives and planning to achieve them
  •  Planning of changes
  • Types of Risk Assessments

Write Exam and finalize assignments.


Course Outcomes

  • Upon successful completion of the course the learner will have a broader understanding of how to apply the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 within an organization. 
  • Gain knowledge to interpret the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 and enable the learner to answer questions posed at Internal and External Audits.
