FSSC 22000 provides a trusted brand assurance platform for the food industry, contributing to the production of good quality and safe food products. For this, FSSC 22000 has a certification scheme for the food safety management system, which has been recently updated. In April 2023, version 6.0 was released, which replaced version 5.1. The main changes in this new version are the incorporation of the requirements for ISO 22003-1:2022, the strengthening of the requirements related to the Sustainable Development Goals (ODS) and some editorial changes and amendments as part of continuous improvement. The participant will be given their work material and their certificate of participation in digital form.
